Corporate Social Responsibility

Part of our vision is to use our position to help the wider community and ensure we operate as an ethically sound and responsible organisation. We have implemented a comprehensive and robust Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme that ensures we are tackling our responsibility from all angles.Understanding of this is the basis of corporate social actions taken by the company, both in Russia and the UK.

As part of the financial support program Morgan Hunt works with various charities. In Russia the company supports the foundation "Give Life" by providing annual financial aid. In the UK we support following charities: “The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign”, “The Outward Bound Trust”, “Mousetrap”, “The Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust” and “St. Andrews Clinics for Children (STACC)”.

Many of our initiatives directly harness our recruitment expertise. These include mentoring schemes for children with behavioral problems and ‘back-to-work’ CV-writing and interview courses.

Employees of Morgan Hunt office in the UK, specializing in searching staff for the public sector, get two days off per year volunteering help in their local community. As They spend this time educating young people, helping them to develop their skills and abilities, as well as giving consultations and advice for unemployed to return to their professional lives.

CSR is part of our five-year business plan and we are continuing towards achieving results, innovating and working in partnership with our clients to help them meet their own organizational objectives.
