History

Morgan Hunt started its history in 1994 when it was founded in London by two brothers, Rupert and Stephen Fordham, who came from an investment background. The company began its activity with the executive search for the largest investment banks. Business in this area was successful due to the division’s professional approach and continuous improvement of business processes.

In 1995 the company began to develop the Russian market and opened an office in Moscow. With the support of an international division, Morgan Hunt was able to win leading positions on the market of search and selection executives in various areas. One of the first business areas to develop was of Executive Search in Russia.

Morgan Hunt developed a well-deserved respected reputation which, coupled with a good quality of consultants and clients’ demand, enabled Morgan Hunt to extend our operation and activities and open new sectors of Executive search

Further business development was continued in 2008 when we developed the services sector and together with executive search began to implement projects on middle- management selection.

Morgan Hunt successfully recovered from the crisis in 1998 and 2009. Moreover, in the first quarter of 2009 it has strengthened its position in the market by opening an office in St. Petersburg. Since then the company is represented by three offices: in London, Moscow and St. Petersburg. This geographical structure allows us to select the best candidates to work in Russia from almost all over the world.

Today, Morgan Hunt is a recognizable brand in the sector of highly qualified staff recruitment.

Morgan Hunt is included in the group of companies of the same name which area of business is staff recruiting for government agencies, nonprofit organizations and private companies in the following sectors: housing sector, education, communications, construction in the UK: London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds.
