Stephen co-founded Morgan Hunt after a career in private client portfolio management. He was responsible for setting up Morgan Hunt’s operations in Russia. He also developed the company’s UK and European M&A and general finance practice.
Olga Selivanova-Shoff, CEO, London-Moscow
Olga has been managing Morgan Hunt since 1995 and has been responsible for our Russian business for all these years. Being exceptionally well connected within the Russian financial and business community, she has worked on many high profile searches for senior executives for international and domestic banks, as well as financial and industrial groups. Before joining Morgan Hunt Olga was a management consultant at Price Waterhouse and a visiting professor of economics in US universities. Olga graduated from Moscow State University and has a PhD in Economics.
Matvey Gorbachev, Head of Moscow office
Matvey joined us from IM Russia Partners/InterMatrix where he was a partner for six years concentrating on strategy consulting for Russian and multinational companies. Prior to this he was a consultant at Andersen Consulting. Matvey has a Master’s degree from Moscow State University and completed a course at the University of London.
Julia Krizhevich, Director, Saint-Petersburg
Julia joined Morgan Hunt from Kelly Services in February 2008. Prior to that she was Head of Management Selection Division at Kelly Services in Saint-Petersburg and spent some years working in the US. Julia attained her degree as “Lawyer for Social Issues’ from Moscow State Social University.
