MH ES operates the following principles in order to protect your privacy:
•          we do not collect more information than is necessary for our clients to fit their needs and corporate culture;
•          we do not use your data for purposes other than those specified;
•          we only provide your data to select third party clients for the specific purposes, approved by you each&every specific time.
We will collect and process the data about you:
1.1. When you submit a CV to us: we collect the personal data you give us and collate it with additional data obtained from publicly available data, data from interactions with you and with related third parties. Information we collect from other sources is publicity available information from professional networking sites (like Linkedin, Xing, Headhunter, etc.) along with your current or previous company’s web-sites.
1.2. When you contact us:
give us your business card so that we may contact you back,
email us to find out about our services, 
enter into negotiations to purchase our services,
to ask for our presentations or other marketing information.
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. The purposes for which we hold and process data include:

If you apply for a job with MH ES services, we will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes. Additionally, MH ES may keep your data for a period of time for the purpose of considering you for a different opportunity.
MH ES seeks to ensure the security of personal data.  When we collect information about you, we also make sure that your information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or unauthorized disclosure.
